Congregation Beth Shalom is a vibrant, diverse, and warm congregation located in the heart of Squirrel Hill, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We are proud to be an egalitarian, conservative congregation that reveres and preserves a traditional way of Jewish living.

There is a palpable feeling of belonging, love, family, and devotion to the Torah at Beth Shalom. We are proud to have an array of spiritual, educational, and recreational services for all ages. Complete with an Early Childhood Department, religious school, youth education (both formal and informal), adult programming, life cycle event planning, and more – we welcome Jews of all ages and at all stages.

Perhaps the most unique part of our congregation is the diversity of members. In addition to our multi-generational community, we have many members who are transplants from across the state, the country, and around the world. This enhances the cultural richness of our congregation.
