Life Cycle of Services

The Annual Meeting of the Congregation is scheduled for Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at 8:00 P.M. in the Samuel and Minnie Hyman Ballroom. The meeting is called for the election of eight Executive Officers for a period of one year and congregants to serve on the Board of Trustees for a three year term. The list of nominees submitted by the Nominating Committee is as follows:

Presenting the above referenced names - Members of the 2008 Final Nominating Committee consisted of Steven H. Schwartz, Chairman; Richard Feder, Cindy Goodman Leib, Larry Savitz, Sabina Robinson, Julian Elbling, Gary Goldberg, Joel Greenhouse, Joel Kundin, Jan Levinson.

Your attention is called to Article VII, Section 5 of the Constitution: "The final report of the Nominating Committee shall be mailed to the membership at least thirty (30) days prior to the date set for the Annual Meeting. Any forty-five (45) members in good standing (qualified to vote) may, by written petition, submit to the Nominating Committee additional nominees for the various offices and Board of Trustees no later than 12 days before the date set for the Annual Meeting and due notice therefore shall be given to the general membership at least 7 days before the date of the meeting." ARTICLE II, SECTION 3 - "No member shall be eligible to vote or to hold any office whose dues and pro rated assessment have not been paid in full up to the end of the last fiscal year preceding the Annual Meeting."
