Beth Shalom Infant and Child Care Center provide full day care for infants 6 weeks to 13 months of age and extended day care for the children enrolled in our Preschool program. We have hours available from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday 12 months a year.

We offer a safe, nurturing, Jewish values based environment where all of our infants and children are respected and cared for according to their individual needs.  Our infants thrive under the care of our attentive, fully trained staff in our bright and cheerfully decorated nurseries. Our nurseries have been newly renovated and come equipped with new cribs, high chairs, bouncers, and an abundance of age appropriate toys.

Our preschool aged children continue the fun and learning before and after preschool hours with the same high quality staff and facilities that make our Preschool such a special place. Our children learn new social skills as they choose from a variety of structured and free activities with their peers under the guidance of our caring teachers. Naps, snack break, and outside play (weather permitting) are incorporated into our daily schedule. 

Beth Shalom Infant and Child Care Center and Preschool are fully licensed by the State of Pennsylvania. Our adult/student ratio is well below the state requirements and we are accredited by the National Association for Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Our Preschool has earned a 4 out of 4 stars rating in the Pennsylvania Keystone STARS program and the Excellence in Nursery School Education Award from the Solomon Schechter Schools.
