REMINDER ABOUT HIGH HOLIDAY TICKETS
Tickets used for admission to High Holiday services are mailed two weeks
prior to Rosh Hashanah to all members in good standing. We urge you to
make certain your accounts for the year are paid in full.
Your response to paying all past due accounts and your 2008 membership
contribution is vital for us to meet our ongoing obligations. We greatly
appreciate your cooperation.
Rosh Hashanah: September 29 (erev) thru October 1, 2008
Kol Nidre: October 8, 2008
Yom Kippur: October 9, 2008

Cemetery
The
cemetery is open for visitation during daylight hours, except Sabbath
& Jewish Holidays
As in
previous years, a Rabbi will be available to recite the traditional
memorial prayers at the gravesides of your loved ones during the following
pre-holiday schedule:
If
you cannot come to the cemetery on these days and would like a Rabbi
to recite the prayers, please call the office to make an appointment
with him.
HOLOCAUST MEMORIAL
SERVICE
A Holocaust Memorial Service at Beth Shalom Cemetery
will be scheduled.Transportation
will not be provided..
HIGH HOLIDAY YOUTH
SERVICES
To ensure the safety of all our children during the High Holidays,
ALL CHILDREN UNDER USY AGE MUST BE IN SERVICE AT ALL TIMES!
Children may attend their youth service or adult service with a parent or guardian. Volunteers will be patrolling the hallways to ensure children are in services or with a parnet/guardian. There are NO exceptions.
